My job is to make sure your sale is never left to chance. That starts before we ever list — checking major systems so nothing derails your contract, and focusing prep dollars on the improvements with the biggest payoff so the home is picture-ready and show-ready. It continues through pricing built from the closest comps and active competition, which I often walk through in person. And when things get challenging, I stay calm and keep us both focused on the end goal — because that's how you get an exceptional result, all the way to closing.
